Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Runiverse account and all associated data, you must do so strictly through the app. All account deletion and recovery processes are handled exclusively within the mobile application. Please see the Refund Policy in our Terms & Conditions for any refund-related questions before deleting your account.

How to delete your account:

  1. Open the Runiverse app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll down to find the Delete Account option
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion

Note on Data Portability & Anonymization: If you wish to request a copy of your data before deletion, you must email support before initiating the deletion process. To protect your privacy, all manual data requests require standard identity verification. After initiating deletion, you have a 7-day recovery window. After 7 days, recovery is impossible, your personally identifiable information will be permanently removed, and Runiverse reserves the right to retain anonymized activity data indefinitely.
